How to login to Webmail
1. Login to your WEB MAGE account HERE or by typing into your web browser address bar. If you have forgotten your password you can request a password reset using the "Request a password reset" link on the page.
2. In the WEB MAGE Customer Portal menu click on Services > My Services
3. Next to your Service/Hosting Package, click on the green "Active" button
4. Scroll down and click on "Email Accounts."
6. You will now see a list of your email accounts. Click on "CHECK MAIL" next to the email account you want to access. This will take you Webmail where you can view and manage your emails.
7. Once you have accessed Webmail, you can click on your email address at the top right of the page to access a dropdown menu. The menu contains useful actions such as resetting your password.
8. To reset your password click on "Password & Security" in the dropdown menu.
How to configure your email client to work on a desktop or mobile email client/app
1. Once you have accessed Webmail, click on the blue menu button at the top of the page. Click on "Configure Mail Client."
2. On the next page you will see Auto Configuration Scripts and Manual Settings that can be used to configure your mail client/app.
I'd recommend using the Manual Settings option at the bottom. Just enter the relevent information from the Manual Settings into the email setup of your mail client/app.
