How to login to Webmail
1. Login to your WEB MAGE account HERE or by typing into your web browser address bar. If you have forgotten your password you can request a password reset using the "Request a password reset" link on the page.
2. In the WEB MAGE Customer Portal menu click on Services > My Services
3. Next to your Service/Hosting Package, click on the green "Active" button
4. Scroll down and click on "Email Accounts."
6. You will now see a list of your email accounts with links to various actions that you can apply to them such as "Change Password" and "Configure Mail Client". There is also a drop down box to the right (as indicated in the image below) titled "More" which will allow you to access the email account to view and manage emails - just click on "Access Webmail" in the dropdown.
How to configure your email client to work on a desktop or mobile email client/app
1. Once you have accessed Webmail, click on the blue menu button at the top of the page. Click on "Configure Mail Client."
2. On the next page you will see Auto Configuration Scripts and Manual Settings that can be used to configure your mail client/app.
I'd recommend using the Manual Settings option at the bottom. Just enter the relevent information from the Manual Settings into the email setup of your mail client/app.
