The relocation of your WEB MAGE Hosting server will begin on Friday 5th February 2016 and will take 48 - 72 hours to complete. When the relocation has been completed I will inform you via email so that you can go ahead and change the namerservers of your domain (i.e. www.yourwebsite.co.uk) to match the new nameservers. This will ensure that your website is still visible online and ensures that your emails will be sent to the new server. You will be given 2 weeks to make this change before the old server is deleted.
If your domain name has been registered with WEB MAGE then I will make the change for you. If it has been registered elsewhere you will need to log into you domain management account and enter the new Nameservers. If you are not sure how to do this you can either:
a) Send me your domain registration login details by replying to this email and I will make the change for you.
Or
b)Contact the support department of where your domain is registered and ask them to make the change for you.
You will also need to update your email apps and clients to receive email from the new server.
The new nameserver details have been sent out to you via email.
