It is important to keep your WordPress site and plugins up to date to prevent hackers from attacking your site. Updating is easy and only takes a few minutes. Be sure to create a backup of your site files and database before updating.

How to back up your website

To update WordPress and WordPress plugins:

Login to your WordPress Dashboard
In the side menu, go do "Dashboard" then click on "Updates"
Follow the instructions to update WordPress and/or your WordPress Plugins
