1. Log in to cPanel.
View this guide >>HERE<< if you're not sure how to log in to cPanel.
2. Within the cPanel Email section, click Email Accounts 
3. Then click the +Create button 
4. You'll now see the form to add new account details. Fill in the form.
In the Security section select "Set password now" then enter or generate a password
In the Storage Space section, you can enter a Mailbox Quota (Storage Space) - the maximum size of the mailbox on the server, or select Unlimited. Please note that disk space used by your mailbox counts towards your overall package disk limit.
5. Click +Create to complete the process.
